FFG welcomes “Leadership in Customer Service Ambassador”

Fast Forward Growth is pleased to welcome Martin Lee, Leadership in Customer Service Ambassador.

Martin has accumulated 37 years’ business experience – and brings a wealth of experience having held senior positions in the aerospace industry for 20 years and in the public sector for 10 years. Since 2008 he has owned a successful business specialising in ‘Leadership in Customer Service,’ working closely with the world-renowned Disney Institute. Martin is also a visiting lecturer at Chester and Wrexham Universities and a Member of the Who’s Who Group of Business Leaders.

Martin has worked with leaders of both major companies and smaller businesses across the UK, using tools and techniques he has developed out of his work with Disney to improve their customer relationships. Using Disney leadership tools and techniques, Martin has led a number of very successful business improvement and turnaround programmes and through bespoke business interventions at senior leadership level, demonstrated how Disney’s approach to business excellence could be applied in any organisation to deliver outstanding customer service, leadership excellence and lasting change.

He is currently non-executive advisor to the Board of a family business and two SMEs; coaching and mentoring business leaders, He is an advisor to the Rugby League World Cup 2021 on customer service (having trained 750 volunteers for the 2013 Rugby League World Cup in England).

In his spare time, Martin and his wife spend as much time as possible with their three grown up children and two baby grand daughters. Martin has a Private Pilot’s Licence and owns a share in an aircraft based at Manchester Barton Airfield which he enjoys flying several times a month.
