Michael has 40 years experience in technical B2B sales, marketing and business development, latterly being the Head of Commercial Operations for Norweb Metering. Michael has spent the last 17 years specialising in digital business development.
He has 13 years experience as an advisor and coach to SME businesses, assisting the development of their online operations.
He has developed methodologies which help companies to understand their business position and the change management needed to succeed in digital channels to market. This includes strategic planning, requirement development, functional specifications and technical/creative briefing of agencies. His support also extends to developing the back-end logistics processes to ensure customer satisfaction.
His experience also extends to B2B systems including integrated end to end digital business transactions. Michael has experience in the manufacturing sector, showing companies how integrated internet communications can improve the supply chain; supplier and customer relations, whilst keeping communication costs to a minimum. This includes integration of CRM, MRP, procurement and supplier relations.
